It’s taken 13 years, but a suspect has been indicted in a Lower East Side rape.

A DNA profile for the attack is a match for Lerio Guerrero, 32, officials said after his arraignment yesterday.

In 2005, the victim testified before a grand jury about the 1998 attack. Guerrero — still unknown and at large — was indicted under his DNA profile.

His DNA was matched last month from a cigarette while he was in custody in another case.
