The paranoid schizophrenic who admittedly slashed a well-loved psychiatrist to death in her Upper East Side offices four years ago has been found fit to stand trial for the third time, his lawyer said yesterday.

David Tarloff is now due back in court on July 12 for the slaying of Kathryn Faughey, said his lawyer, Bryan Konoski.
