A doctors group that has for two decades provided medical care at Coney Island Hospital suddenly lost its contract this week, The Post has learned.

The Health and Hospitals Corp. confirmed yesterday that University Group Medical Associates Inc. was told Thursday that its services would no longer be needed after Sept. 1.
