Dr. Robert Kelly, who jumped from his post as president of New York-Presbyterian Hospital after having an extramarital affair, landed with a $6.4 million golden parachute, new documents show.

Kelly, whose abrupt resignation in September 2015 was only later revealed to be because of the affair, raked in a $3.4 million “severance” payment.

The money came on top of his salary of $896,560 as the hospital’s No. 2 administrator, a bonus of $1.2 million and $740,697 in “other compensation,” according to the nonprofit hospital’s latest tax filings, which were obtained by The Post.

Kelly’s sudden departure as president, a post he had held since September 2011, stunned the city’s health- care community because it was categorized only as a “personal matter.”

A New York-Presbyterian spokeswoman declined to comment on Kelly’s pay package.
