A Queens high-school whiz is suing the Department of Education after a bus she was riding hurtled off a highway during a class trip, injuring her.

Victoria Xu, 17, of William Cullen Bryant HS, was returning from a robotics competition when the driver lost control in Ohio on April 28.

Xu’s attorney alleged teachers knew the driver was driving recklessly, but did nothing to stop him.

The city is reviewing the claims.
