A Department of Education teacher’s assistant was arrested for using his cellphone to record up a teen girl’s skirt, police said.

Michale Olan, 29, was on board a southbound 6 train when he aimed the device up her skirt as they were near White Plains Road and Pelham Parkway around 4:30 p.m. Monday.

Two officers who were patrolling the train saw what he was doing and arrested the alleged pervert.

Olan, a DOE paraprofessional, was charged with unlawful surveillance, a felony, officials said.

“These allegations are completely unacceptable and Mr. Olan was immediately suspended without pay pending the resolution of this criminal matter,” a DOE spokesman told The Post.
