This is the moment a brazen dognapper steals a Queens family’s beloved Shih Tzu from their front yard, police said.

The 2-year-old pooch named Chula was unleashed in the fenced in front yard of a home on 37th Ave. near 97th St. in Corona when the woman walked onto the property and snatched the dog around 8:20 a.m. Friday.

The video shows the thief walking down the street with the small white dog cradled in her arms.
