An adult dead dolphin was found floating yesterday in the Hudson River near Pier 59 at the Chelsea Piers sports complex.

The Riverhead Foundation for Marine Research and Preservation planned to take the dolphin to its Riverhead, LI, facilities for a necropsy, said Kimberly Durham, director of the foundation’s rescue program.
