Don’t blame the Gowanus.

The wayward dolphin that died after becoming stranded in Brooklyn’s Gowanus Canal Friday was old, thin and already gravely ill when it swam into the toxic waterway, Kim Durham, a Long Island biologist who performed a necropsy on the dolphin, said yesterday.
