Cops uncovered a stash of weapons — including an Uzi submachine gun — from a Queens home when they responded to a domestic violence call this week, police said.

Officers were responding to a domestic assault at 39-year-old Gabriel Smith’s Jamaica home at 97th Avenue near 147th Place on Wednesday, when they heard screams and found Smith’s 29-year-old girlfriend hiding, authorities said.

Then they spotted a .9-mm Uzi in plain view, and quickly obtained a search warrant, cops said.

During their search, they found 11 other weapons, including two .40 caliber Glocks, one .45 caliber Glock, a .44 caliber Taurus and a .40 caliber Smith and Wesson, authorities said.

Smith was taken into custody and charged with strangulation, 16 counts of criminal possession of a weapon, four counts of criminal possession of stolen property, four counts of possession of a large ammo feeding device, menacing and harassment, according to police.

Chief of Department Terence Monahan commended the cops’ efforts in a Friday tweet.

“When @NYPD103Pct cops responded to a domestic assault, they found the victim hiding from the attacker,” he wrote.

“Also in the home were 12 guns. The suspect was arrested, and the victim is getting help. Our officers will always go in harm’s way to ensure the safety others. Truly the Finest!”
