An aptly named dominatrix can sue a Westchester town over allegations that a kinky cop made her defecate in the woods while he pleasured himself, a judge ruled yesterday.

Gina Pane sued the town of Greenburgh for $7 million after she was busted in 2006.

Pane also says then-Officer Erik Ward arranged to meet her, and offered to get the charges against her dropped if she helped him act out his sexual fantasies.
