Dominican Republic cops said Tuesday that they have no evidence the Westchester County couple who vanished on vacation there were kidnapped.

National Police spokesman Col. Felix Duran Mejia said the pair were caught on surveillance driving through a highway toll apparently toward the airport at 1:41 a.m. March 27 — 9 minutes after their plane was scheduled to depart back home to the States, according to the DR newspaper Diario Libre.

The pair’s rental car, a white Kia Picanto, has yet to turn up.

Missing are Orlando Moore, 43, and Portia Ravenelle, 32, both of Mount Vernon.

Mejia said authorities have yet to track down the vehicle because it wasn’t equipped with GPS. He said they have been poring over surveillance video at the pair’s hotel and from a nightclub where they partied before they disappeared.
