For cops, this crime was personal.

Officers rushed to bust a doughnut thief in Brooklyn, moments after he tried to leave a Bed-Stuy 7-Eleven with pockets full of stolen Boston creams, sources said yesterday.

“He reached for a glazed doughnut and put them all in his pants,” said Shabbis Bhatti, 42, a clerk in the convenience store.

Bhatti said he was impressed by the speed and determination with which cops put an end to the doughnut caper.

“[They came] within one minute. They were fast, three policemen and a sergeant,” he said.

Suspect Dexter Jackson, 34, was charged with criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny for the heist at the store on Atlantic Avenue, police sources said.
