Two men are targeting doughnut shops and gas stations in a Long Island robbery spree, according to cops.

So far the duo has evaded Suffolk police, hitting 11 businesses in towns including Deer Park, West Hills and Bohemia since Dec. 22 and escaping with between $100 and $500 each time, police said.

In the latest robbery, in Sayville on Thursday night, there was just one thief, a ski-mask-wearing male who carried a handgun, cops said.

In the earlier incidents — including one in West Hills on Christmas Day — there was a second man in a sweat suit accompanied him, police said.

Crime Stoppers is offering $3,000 for information leading to an arrest.
