An alleged drug dealer ratted out by Cameron Douglas claims that they came face-to-face behind bars — and that the high-profile snitch offered up a sniveling apology and a wad of cash.
In jailhouse e-mails to The Post, Eduardo Escalera said authorities “inadvertently” stuck him in a Manhattan federal court holding cell with actor Michael Douglas’ eldest son last month.
“Cameron immediately came to me and began apologizing,” Escalera wrote.
“He said that the government is forcing him to lie, that they are coercing him and telling him to expand on his stories.”
Escalera said the troubled Hollywood scion — who fingered Escalera as a drug supplier after he got caught selling meth in 2009 — “kept apologizing.”
“He said, ‘I owe you my life,’ ” Escalera wrote.
Escalera, 36, said Douglas offered $30,000 each to him and his older brother, David — who was convicted after Douglas testified against him — “because of having to lie on us.”
