The Downtown Brooklyn Shake Shack is fighting to keep most of its seating, according to a lawsuit.

The glass-walled sidewalk cafe dominates the corner of Fulton Street and Brooklyn Bridge Boulevard, where it opened in 2011.

But landlord Allied Property Group has yanked its permission for the enclosed seating area without explanation, Shake Shack claims in a Brooklyn Supreme Court lawsuit.

The refusal came after a clerical error by Shake Shack caused the city’s approval of the space to lapse, according to court papers.
