A school bus crash in Manhattan Friday left more than 20 kids injured, New York fire officials said.
Several children were taken away from the scene of the horror smash on Manhattan’s Upper East Side on stretchers.
Fox News reported that at least 24 people were hurt — and some were seriously injured.
There were unconfirmed reports that the driver of the school bus had struck a pedestrian at around 11 am ET.
The bus is registered to the Consolidated Bus Transit company based in Brooklyn, N.Y. Traffic is being detoured around the scene of the crash, on East 63rd Street and Second Avenue.
