A driver crashed their car into a Staten Island laundromat Wednesday – less than three hours after a Peapod delivery truck plowed into a home in the borough.

The vehicle struck the 24-hour Super Clean Laundromat on Hylan Boulevard near Adele Street in Dongan Hills at around 10 a.m., seriously injuring two people, officials said.

The victims were taken to Staten Island University Hospital for treatment.

It was not immediately clear what caused the crash, and police could not provide the driver’s condition.

The incident comes after a Peapod delivery truck overturned and crashed into a home about five miles away in Great Kills at around 7:15 a.m.

One person suffered serious injuries as a result of that wreck and was hospitalized.
