The Queens man who drove into three cops last week while fleeing arrest surrendered yesterday, police said.

Jeffrey Contreras, 23, was behind the wheel of a 2011 Toyota Rav4 when he struck the officers at about 1:35 a.m. Friday, cops said.

The officers were treated at and released from North Shore Manhasset Hospital.

Contreras was charged with attempted murder, assault, aggravated vehicular assault and resisting arrest.
