A driver was killed after his car crashed into a light pole, burst into flames and careened into a building on Long Island Sunday, cops said.

Gregory Balmir, 42, was heading south on Grand Avenue in Baldwin in his 1996 Toyota when he lost control and drifted across two lanes of traffic at around 4 a.m., Nassau County police said.

His car smashed into a light pole and went up in flames, police said. It then crossed Kings Parkway and struck the side of a building.

Balmir was pronounced dead at the scene.
