A driver was killed Sunday night when he flipped his car and crashed into a telephone pole in Queens, cops said.
The victim was heading east on the Belt Parkway when he exited onto North Conduit Street around 6:30 p.m. and flipped the car as he tried to make a turn onto 160th Street, colliding with the pole, police sources said.
Troy Smith, 41, was found unresponsive and declared dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, as police were investigating the accident, a boozed-up driver plowed through the police line and was taken into custody for DWI, authorities said.
