A man was fatally struck by another motorist in Queens early Monday as he fixed a flat tire, according to cops.
Jean Louis, 52, of Cambria Heights, was working on his tire on the left shoulder of the westbound Long Island Expressway near the College Point Boulevard exit just around 12:10 a.m. when an oncoming Tesla struck him, authorities said.
Louis was rushed to NewYork-Presbyterian Queens, where he was pronounced dead.

There were no immediate arrests, and the crash remains under investigation.
