A man was shot after getting into a fender-bender as he was pulling out of a parking space in the West Village early Tuesday, authorities said.

The 27-year-old victim was pulling out of a parking space near the intersection of Gansevoort and West 13th streets when his car was clipped by a passing minivan just after 4 a.m., according to police.

Both drivers jumped out of their vehicles and began arguing before the situation turned bloody.

The van driver then pulled out a gun and shot the other driver in the right arm and right hip.

The shooter peeled off and is still on the loose.

The victim was taken to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition, cops said.
