A Brooklyn judge, heading the pleas of still shaken family members of a  pregnant woman and her husband ​who were killed in a 2013 hit-and-run​ accident, sentenced the driver ​to 25 years to life​ in prison​.

Julio Acevedo, 46, was convicted of manslaughter for slamming his speeding BMW into a livery cab that held Nachman Glauber and his seven-months pregnant wife, Raizy, in Williamsburg on March 3, 2013.

“There are no words that can adequately express the pain and anguish we have endured these past years,” mom Henny Glauber said in court.

​​“Your Honor, we know we can’t have them back. But please do everything possible so that no human being should have to go through something like this again.”

Acevedo gave a quick​, whiny ​statement before he was sentenced.

“I showed remorse, Your Honor. I am remorseful,” ​insisted the ex-con. “I apologized. It was an accident.”

Prosecutors argued that Acevedo was driving 70 mph and didn’t slow or swerve before slamming into the cab, which was taking the couple to the hospital. Acevedo fled the scene after the crash and was arrested days later in Pennsylvania.

Acevedo was sentenced as a persistent felony offender based on his extensive criminal record, which included a conviction for shooting the original “50 Cent,” Brooklyn thug Kelvin Martin.
