Manhattan prosecutors reduced drug charges against the man who filmed the chokehold death of Eric Garner after lab results showed he’d sold an undercover cop fake ecstasy.

Ramsey Orta, 23, was arrested June 30 after he sold the officer three zipper bags of what he claimed was molly for $40, according to the criminal complaint.

He was originally booked on felony drug possession and sale. He now faces misdemeanor raps.

Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Louis Nock reduced his bond from $15,000 to $8,000 and he made bail, said his lawyer, William Aronin.

The career criminal, who has over 27 arrests under his belt, insists his recent legal woes are a result of police retaliation. This is his third bust since he shot the video.

“Ramsey maintains his innocence and we plan to fight this to the fullest,” Aronin said.
