He was gassed, but his car wasn’t.

A drunken driver was busted on the Goethals Bridge early Monday — after his car ran out of gas, authorities said.

Port Authority police said Alvelis Javier-Delrosario, 26, was stalled at the Staten Island toll plaza at 12:30 a.m. when cops approached his 2010 gray Honda. They said Javier-Delrosario of Irvington, NJ, had blood-shot eyes and alcohol on his breath at the time. He was promptly arrested.

The suspect was charged with DWI and for refusing the breath test.
