A boozed-up driver struck and killed a Brooklyn teen crossing the street yesterday evening, police said.

Terence Tsao, 17, was standing on a traffic island about to cross Cropsey Avenue, near Bay 37th Street, when a 2000 Dodge Minivan mounted the curb and smashed into the teen about 8:40 p.m., cops said. The minivan then crashed into a pole.

EMS rushed Tsao to Lutheran Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Authorities charged driver Vitali Korzavin, 46, with vehicular manslaughter and DWI.
