A construction worker is clinging to life after he was struck by a drunken driver as he worked on a Brooklyn expressway early Saturday, cops said.

The 64-year-old man — who was laying out cones on the roadway — was struck by the 25-year-old driver, Jordan Perez, on the westbound Gowanus Expressway near exit 25 in Sunset Park around 4:30 a.m., according to police.

The worker had just blocked off the lane before Perez barged through, cops said.

He was rushed to NYU Langone Hospital-Brooklyn in critical condition, according to police.

Perez was busted for driving while intoxicated, as well as second-degree assault, vehicular assault and reckless driving, police said.
