Police arrested a drunken mom when they noticed her stumbling around a Manhattan subway station with her 6-month-old son — and a baby bottle that smelled of booze, authorities said Tuesday.

Brooke Dowdell, 35, was standing near the turnstiles of the 23rd Street No. 6 train station near Park Avenue when two cops noticed she was disoriented while staggering around with her child’s stroller around 1:30 a.m. Friday, sources said.

When the officers approached the woman, they smelled alcohol on her breathe and noticed she was slurring her speech, sources said.

The cops then found a baby bottle in the stroller, which was filled with alcohol, police said.

Authorities said it did not appear that the baby drank any of the booze.

Dowdell was charged with endangering the welfare of a child. She also had a warrant out for her arrest, although it was not clear why.

Police said the woman lives at the Clarion Hotel on Park Avenue South and had not previously been arrested.
