Robert Ray — who was drunk when his No. 4 train derailed near Union Square, killing five people — was in critical condition Friday after he was struck by a car.
Jennifer Pascal, 29, whose sister-in-law Audrey Pascal died in the rail crash, said Thursday’s accident breaks her heart all over again.
“It’s just so unfortunate that he could end up in the same fate as her,” Pascal, said. “When things like this happen, it destroys a family. I know what pain is, and I wouldn’t wish that on anybody.”
