A boozed-up driver ran over a pedestrian in Midtown early yesterday, sending him to the hospital with head trauma, police said.

Angel Perez, 41, of Brooklyn, was driving on West 57th Street at 2:28 a.m. when he slammed into a 22-year-old man at Eighth Avenue, authorities said.

Perez blew a .108 on a Breathalyzer exam, cops said.
