A drunken off-duty city firefighter crashed his car into several parked vehicles on the Upper East Side Saturday morning, officials said.

Carlton Wilson was driving south on Park Avenue when he plowed into a line of cars near East 90th Street, cops said.

The collision created a domino effect, damaging a total of three parked cars.

Wilson, 30, suffered multiple lacerations and a concussion from the smash-up.

A witness at the scene said Wilson stumbled out of his car after the accident.

Wilson refused to take a Breathalyzer test, but police determined he was under the influence of alcohol.

EMS took him to New York Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center in serious, but stable condition.

He was charged with a DWI, and refusing to take a breath test.
