DSK’s appeal
Lawyers for Dominique Strauss-Kahn have appealed a judge’s decision not to dismiss a lawsuit accusing him of sexually assaulting a Manhattan hotel maid.
DSK’s lawyers, in papers filed in Bronx Supreme Court, said Judge Douglas McKeon erred in ruling that the ex-International Monetary Fund boss did not have diplomatic immunity.
