The java-loving cop whose police car was stolen while he ducked into a Bronx diner in January now finds himself in water hotter than a cup of McDonald’s coffee.

Officer Nelson Robles was charged with petty larceny and possession of stolen property for allegedly swiping a laptop Wednesday from the Bronx courthouse where he was to testify in a drunk driving case, sources said.

This comes just three months after he lost his department-issued vehicle to a crazed man who drove it to La Guardia Airport.
