A dump truck smashed into the side of a New Jersey Target store Friday, creating a massive gaping hole in the side of the store and injuring at least five people, authorities said.
The Target in North Bergen was open for business at 2:12 p.m. when the truck hit a tractor-trailer on a nearby highway and went flying into the store, a police source told The Post.

“I saw someone getting pulled out of the rubble,” an unidentified witness told FOX 5.
At least five people were injured in the wild crash— including a woman who was tossed out of a Target bathroom upon impact and seriously hurt, officials told WABC.

Some of the victims were taken to a hospital but the extent of the injuries were not immediately known. There were no fatalities reported Friday afternoon.
The shop on Tonnelle Avenue was severely damaged, and the road was temporarily closed in both directions near 70th Street. The tractor-trailer was seen wrapped around a nearby utility pole.
