A Bonnie-and-Clyde duo swiped a $95,000 necklace from a posh Midtown shop, police sources said Monday.

An employee at the Lloyds International Gallery on Sixth Avenue in Manhattan told cops he saw the thieving man and woman steal the pricey piece around 11 a.m. Jan. 18.

The employee said the man acted as a lookout while the woman opened a display case and removed the sparkly neckwear, the sources said. The pair then fled.

Cops have video and are investigating, sources said.
