Two suspects with a long history of run-ins with the law were busted this week for randomly attacking an 82-year-old woman on a Bronx street and beating her to the ground, cops said Friday.

William Ballinger and Tammie Moore — who have a total of 18 prior arrests between them — were on the loose for two weeks before their arrests on Wednesday and Thursday, respectively, police said.

The alleged attackers, both 32, are accused of repeatedly punching the elderly woman on the evening of August 2 at East 212nd Street and White Plains Road in Olinville, cops said.
