A Long Island man was busted early yesterday in Hempstead for driving drunk with his year-old daughter, cops said.

Nassau County police stopped Gabriel Rodriguez, 28, of Hempstead at 4:48 a.m.

Rodriguez was slapped with aggravated-DWI charges under Leandra’s Law, which makes a first DWI offense a felony when committed with a minor as a passenger.
