A man was killed yesterday when the drunken driver he was riding with bounced her car off a guardrail and then slammed into a tree on the Hutchinson River Parkway in The Bronx, cops said.

Maria Lara, 29, was driving her 2001 Saturn sedan north near the Orchard Beach exit shortly after 12:30 a.m. when she careened into the guardrail, authorities said.

The car spun off the road from the impact and plowed into a tree.

The victim, whose name was withheld pending family notification, died at the scene.

Lara was rushed to Jacobi Hospital where she is in stable condition.

She was charged with manslaughter, vehicular manslaughter and driving while intoxicated.
