A Manhattan jury yesterday convicted a van driver of killing a pregnant woman when he drunkenly jumped a curb near the Empire State Building, but let him off on a charge that could have put him in jail for 25 years.

Keston Brown’s Gristedes van crushed the expecting Ysemny Ramos, 29, a mother of three, on her wedding anniversary on March 29, 2009. Brown, 28, who was guilty of manslaughter, had a .11 blood-alcohol level.
