New York artist Suze Rotolo, famous for her three-year love affair with Bob Dylan, has died.

Rotolo, 67, died Thursday in her lower Manhattan home after a battle with lung cancer.

Rotolo, 17 when she began dating Dylan in 1961, appeared with him on the cover of his second album, “The Freewheelin’ Bob Dylan.”
