The Dunes, a Hamptons substance-abuse facility for the rich and famous, is suing the town of East Hampton for alleged discrimination, claiming officials first approved, then opposed the facility.

The court papers say town officials changed their minds after the millionaire owner of Seafield, an inpatient rehab facility in Westhampton, griped about the new competition.
