The Dodgers aren’t returning to Brooklyn, but the Ebbets Field Apartments are attempting a comeback.

The owners of the once-notorious Flatbush housing complex are renovating and rebranding the property in an effort to secure massive rent hikes in a rapidly gentrifying section of Brooklyn near Prospect Park.

A marketing campaign, complete with slick videos touting proximity to the Brooklyn Museum and Botanical Garden, offers units ranging from $1,300 a month for studios to $2,500 for three bedrooms.

The sprawling complex was once rife with gang and drug activity.
