An elderly man was found dead in his Bronx apartment last night and investigators have taken his roommate into custody, police said.

The 76-year-old man was discovered with burn wounds to his face inside his pad at 1500 Noble Ave. in Parkchester at around 11:16 p.m., sources said.

Responding police took a 43-year-old man, believed to be the victim’s roommate and boyfriend, in for questioning, sources added.

The medical examiner will determine the cause of death.
