An 89-year-old man is clinging to life after an SUV slammed into him in Queens Sunday afternoon, cops said.

The elderly victim was at the corner of Cross Bay Boulevard and 160th Avenue in Howard Beach around 12:50 p.m. when a Honda Pilot driver rammed into him, officials said.

The driver remained on scene, cops said.

The unidentified man was rushed to Jamaica Hospital, where he was in critical condition, police said.
