A 70-year-old Brooklyn woman — whose body was discovered bound by electrical cord — died from strangulation, officials said Tuesday.
Noreen Mulzac was found dead in her home Monday with her legs bound by the cord and a plastic bag attached to her head, police sources said.
A spokesperson for the Medical Examiner’s office determined that the death was a result of strangulation by an object such as a cord or rope.
Police classified the death as a homicide and were searching for a suspect.
