An elderly woman was in critical condition after being mowed down by a Brink’s truck near Columbus Circle Saturday, police said.

The 85-year-old was walking near the intersection of Broadway and West 61st Street at about 3 p.m. when was she was hit by the truck, officials said.

She sustained severe head and leg injuries and was rushed to New York-Presbyterian Hospital in critical condition.

The driver of the truck remained at the scene and has not been charged, police said.

“I saw puddles of blood, and her arm was completely ripped up,” said witness Stephen Pacca, 59, who told The Post he heard a “loud bang” when the woman was hit. “The driver, on accident, backed up and ran over her leg again.”

The NYPD Collision Investigation Squad will determine the cause of the crash.
