An elderly woman was fatally struck by a car as she crossed a Staten Island street Tuesday morning, cops said.

Mary Cergua, 73, was crossing Hylan Blvd. at Wiman Avenue when a black Nissan Altima rammed into her at about 9:30 a.m.

Cergua was rushed to Staten Island University Hospital North, where she was pronounced deceased.

The driver, Deborah Pecoraro, 54, was arrested on scene and charged with failure to yield and failure to exercise due care.
