An elderly woman was mugged by a man on a scooter on the Upper East Side, cops said Sunday.

The 86-year-old woman was walking on East 64th Street near First Avenue around 3 p.m. Saturday when the man rode up to her on a scooter, grabbed her purse and took off, according to the NYPD.

The woman fell to the ground and hurt her arm. She was taken to Cornell Hospital for minor injuries.
