A 69-year-old woman was killed when a teen driver ran her over on the Upper West Side Tuesday night, according to police.

Authorities said Stephanie Dains was struck by the southbound silver Infinity SUV as she crossed Broadway against the light at West 75th Street.

Emergency responders rushed her to St. Luke’s Medical Center with severe head and body trauma, but she could not be saved.

The driver, 18, remained at the scene, and cops say she had the right of way.
